Attached is a general map of the world so that you can see where the different listed countries are (note, Malta is an island that may not be visible in the map due to its size. Its location is off the coast of Italy. New Zealand also does not appear for very annoying reasons. Unfortunately, I could not find a clear enough free-to use map with New Zealand in it. It is East of Australia in the Pacific Ocean). It does appear on the map linked here.
